What we collect

• Account: email and, if you use Google, your Google name and picture.
• Reviewed profile: public data from the Instagram profile you point us to (name, bio, links, highlights, recent posts) or the screenshots you upload.
• Answers: your questionnaire answers about your business and your chat messages.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We don't store card data; we keep a purchase record.
• Usage: technical and usage data (via PostHog and Sentry) to measure and fix the product. For some sessions, Sentry records page interactions to investigate errors, with all text masked and images blocked.
• Security: browser signals checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated (bot) use.

Why we use it

• To produce the review, suggestions and chat you asked for (contract).
• Billing and fraud prevention (contract and legitimate interest).
• Improving review quality, including expert review of anonymized reviews (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Processors that help run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (background processing of reviews), AI providers via OpenRouter (processing profile text and answers), Apify (reading public profiles), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), Cloudflare (bot protection), Resend (email), PostHog (usage analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring). Some process data outside Brazil under contractual safeguards.

Cookies and browser storage

• Essential (always on): sign-in session (Supabase), chosen language, linking a review started before sign-up, and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). The site doesn't work without them.
• Analytics (only with your permission): PostHog, to understand how the site is used, and Sentry session recordings with all text masked and images blocked.

You choose in the cookie notice and can change it anytime under "Cookie preferences" in the footer. Sentry error reports, without tracking cookies, are always sent so we can keep the service running (legitimate interest). We also record account creation and purchases on our server to count sales and sign-ups (contract and legitimate interest).

How long

As long as your account exists. Reviews started without an account are deleted after 30 days. Payment records may be kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data. Deleting your account and all reviews is available under "My reviews". For anything else, email brunoborges2001@gmail.com.
